Rebel groups in Eastern Ukraine are reporting shelling in the eastern city of Donetsk. There is one reported fatality. In the backdrop of continued fighting, a convoy with Russian aid supplies has halted as it approaches the border. Mychailo Wynnyckyj, associate professor of Sociology at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, will update us on the rising tensions.
